Pathway to Purchase

 

Pathway to Purchase is a government sponsored down payment assistance program.  It will give you 10% of the home price (up to $20,000) for the purchase of your home.  It can be used on the down payment or closing costs.

  • It is valid in certain zipcodes in Phoenix: 85016, 85017, 85041, 85042, 85051, 85301

  • It does NOT need to be paid back if you live in your home for 5 years or more.

  • This program can also be used if you are a current home owner and would like to move into a new home!

Program Requirements

  • Income must be below $92,984

  • Home price must be below $371,936

  • It is only valid in certain zip codes in Phoenix

  • Can be used on single family homes, townhomes, or condos

  • Minimum credit score of 640

  • You must live in the home for at least 5 years and you have to take a home ownership class
