Home Plus Program

 

I have helped homeowners claim more than $250,000 in down payment assistance funds.  Are you ready to start the process and become a homeowner?

Maricopa county is offering a program that will give you between 1 and 5% of the purchase price of your home (veterans and other select groups can receive more!).  This can be used for closing costs or your down payment.  With this, your down payment is usually less than the security deposit on a rental home!

  • It is valid throughout Phoenix, including Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Avondale, Glendale, Peoria, Laveen, Tolleson, and more!

  • It does NOT need to be paid back if you live in your home for 3 years or more.

  • This program can also be used if you are a current home owner and would like to move into a new home!

Program Requirements

Minimum FICO credit score of 640

Maximum Debt-to-Income of 45-50% depending on the program

Standard lending requirements (income, cash reserves, credit qualification)

Must take a homebuyer education course (done in less than a day!)

There is no maximum home price

Maximum annual income is $109,965

Valid for home purchases only and you must move in within 60 days of closing.
