I'm a self pronounced math geek.  Numbers and their relation to one another fascinate me. I costantly pay attention to the markets to see what prices are doing throughout the Phoenix Valley and what they are doing in various neighborhoods.  We will use comps in a easy-to-understand manner to come up with a value to sell your home for the maximum amount in the quickest time possible.

 

Accessibility and Visibility

 

By listing with me, your home will automatically go onto 300 actively used real estate search engines, including Zillow.com, Trulia, Homefinder.com, and more.  Just a sample are seen here at the right.

 

I'll take out specific ads on social media targetted towards those that are looking to move near your home and also those already in the area.  Instead of blanketed ads that get thrown away, we go direct to the buyers.

 

Open houses can be used on a regular basis to help increase traffic and possible buyers.
